On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The dining space features a gallery with electrically operated skylights that fill the room with natural light. The ground floor also houses a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A special feature of our apartment is the chill-out zone on a raised platform between the floors, designed for kids and teenagers to relax and unwind. Complete with a TV, it's a cozy spot for some downtime.
Upstairs, the living area awaits, featuring an electrically adjustable sofa that can accommodate two people for a comfortable rest. Two bedrooms are located on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with a high-quality sofa bed that unfolds into a mattress.
